Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you use lyto.online (“Lyto”). By creating an account you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. What Lyto does
Lyto finds job postings that match your profile and, when you ask it to, fills in and submits applications for you using your own account on the job platform. When it can’t answer a question with confidence, it stops and asks you instead of guessing.
Lyto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or any other job platform or employer.
2. Your account and your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The information in your profile and CV must be true. Applications are sent in your name, so you are responsible for their content — check your profile and answers before letting Lyto run.
- You use Lyto with your own job-platform account, and you are responsible for doing so in line with that platform’s terms. Platforms may limit or suspend accounts that use automation; Lyto is not liable for actions a platform takes on your account.
- Keep your login safe, and don’t share your Lyto account or use it for anyone else.
3. Plans and billing
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through PayPal, at the price shown on the pricing section when you subscribe.
- You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not renewed after that.
- If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw and get a refund for any part of the period not yet used — write to lyto.dev@gmail.com.
- We may change prices; we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price only applies from your next billing period.
4. What we don't promise
Lyto helps you apply; it cannot guarantee interviews, replies, or a job. Match scores are estimates. Job postings belong to third parties and may be out of date or inaccurate. The service may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a platform changes its pages.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Lyto is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
6. Suspension and closing your account
You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why.
7. Your data
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; for significant changes we will tell you by email before they apply. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim before the courts of the place where you live.
